Inspiration

Books, poetry and quotations have inspired me as has information gleaned from photos, scrapbooks, newspaper articles, libraries and the internet. My grandmother’s Bartlett’s Familiar Quotations is a source I dip into from time to time as is a book of poetry I bought a number of years ago called Poem a Day.

On subsequent pages you will find books about writing, websites with useful research about WWI and WWII and a list of books I’ve consulted.
